About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals. As the face of our organization, this individual will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Functions: Greet visitors, answer telephones, and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
  • Scheduling and Confirmation: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff.
  • Outbound Calls: Place follow-up calls to clients and prospective clients to build relationships and promote our services.
  • Financial Transactions: Present and explain fees, process payments, and recommend products and services.
  • Product and Service Knowledge: Educate clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care, including heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control.
  • Medical Records Management: Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Hospital Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe environment, including removal of animal waste and ensuring the facility is neat and clean at all times.
