Job Summary

We're seeking a Production Worker to join our team. As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment, weighing and measuring ingredients, mixing and baking dough, and packaging finished products. You will work closely with our team to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of our baked goods.

Essential Job Functions
  • Operate machinery and equipment used in the production process, including mixers, ovens, and packaging machines.
  • Weigh and measure ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
  • Mix, knead, shape, and bake dough to produce bread, rolls, and other baked goods.
  • Monitor the production process to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Packaging finished products for distribution, including labeling and sealing packages.
  • Clean and maintain work areas and equipment to ensure a safe and sanitary production environment.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate production activities and address any issues that arise.
Requirements
  • Availability to work any night during the week, including weekends and holidays.
  • Demonstrated solid and verifiable work history with minimal or no gaps in employment.
  • Previous experience in food or baking production is advantageous.
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Punctuality and self-discipline are essential attributes.
