Position Overview
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a crucial role in providing essential care to patients and residents under the supervision of Registered Nurses. This position is vital in ensuring the comfort and well-being of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' or residents' conditions, as well as any concerns or complaints from patients and their families, to the charge nurse or supervisor.
- Engage in the care planning process to enhance patient outcomes.
