As a seasoned Cybersecurity Engineering Specialist at Jobot, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cutting-edge security measures to protect our clients' computer systems, networks, and data. **About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will identify and define system security requirements, design computer security architecture, and manage security solutions to ensure they meet our clients' needs. You will also engage in the initial setup, design, and configuration of security systems, including MFA and UAR.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Develop technical solutions and new security tools to mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
  • Maintain a current understanding of the latest trends in the cybersecurity industry, including attacker techniques, and communicate these trends to the team and upper management.
  • Manage network, intrusion detection, and prevention systems.
  • Script or automate common administrative tasks using PowerShell.


**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven work experience as a system security engineer or information security engineer.
  • Hands-on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, and content filtering.
  • Experience with network security and networking technologies and system, security, and network monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with web-related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service-Oriented Architectures) and network/web related protocols.
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages, especially PowerShell.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex security topics to non-technical staff.
  • Professional certification like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) is a plus.


**Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year

$180,000 - $220,000 salary range based on qualifications and location.
