Behavioral Therapist

Behavioral Technician Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Behavioral Technician to join our therapy center team at Spectrum Therapy Center Inc. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral disorders, developmental disabilities, and/or mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Implement behavior modification techniques in individual and group therapy settings
• Collect and analyze data to track progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with therapists, parents, and other members of the treatment team to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field
• BCaBA or RBT certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with behavioral disorders or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
