About the Role

Sales Consultants at Colonial Buick GMC are responsible for greeting customers, listening to their needs, and determining their requirements. They must be able to discuss vehicle features and options, accompany customers on test drives, and log interactions in CRM software. Additionally, they must continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and listen to their requirements
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, advantages, and benefits
  • Log and track customer interactions in CRM software
  • Continuously develop product and sales knowledge
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers via phone and email
Requirements

To succeed as a Sales Consultant at Colonial Buick GMC, you must have a previous successful automotive sales experience or equivalent experience in sales. You should also possess a friendly personality, positive attitude, persistent work ethic, and strong communication skills. Additionally, you must be able to comprehend vehicle systems and options and convey this information to customers.
