Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare customer orders for delivery or collection in accordance with established schedules (including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping).
  • Efficiently load and unload products during deliveries.
  • Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment safely.
  • Assist customers both in-person and via phone by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products and services.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with supervisors and team members.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment while optimizing space utilization.
  • Adhere to quality service standards and comply with all relevant procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Ensure the stockroom is organized and well-maintained.
  • Operate tinting, mixing, and color matching equipment as required.
  • Follow inventory control procedures and assist with periodic inventory assessments.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment work visa status.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Must be capable of retrieving materials from shelves and floor stacks and lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • Have a minimum of one (1) year of experience using material handling equipment (such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, order pickers, and conveyor belts).
  • Have at least one (1) year of experience in customer service, retail, or sales.
