As a Maxim nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, including those with gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomy tubes, and mechanical ventilators.
We offer flexible scheduling, including 8, 12, and 16 hour shifts, as well as part-time and full-time opportunities.
Our team is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state in which the LPN practices.
- Current Health Certificate.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior LPN experience preferred.
