We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with patients in their homes to assess, treat, and manage speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' needs
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field
  • California Speech Language Pathologist License
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification
  • 1 year of clinical experience as a Speech Pathologist
