Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team as a Teacher and Center Staff Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our children and supporting the growth and development of our centers.

Responsibilities
  • Invest in Our Children's Education: Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child, creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
  • Support Center Success: Partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, cultivating positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Offer outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
  • Meet Qualifications: Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain, CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain, physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
  • Communicate Effectively: Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
