Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and direct report development to ensure performance objectives are achieved for both the team and organization.
  • Ensure policies and best practices are followed while conducting timely performance management conversations with team members.
  • Support recruitment efforts within the preconstruction team to fill open positions.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal team members and groups.
  • Actively build and maintain relationships with key customer accounts and professionals.
  • Support the development of and participate in customer presentations on specific project proposals.
  • Communicate the outcome of presentations and relay specific customer expectations that will influence contract performance.
  • Meet with customers to provide advice and planning during the preconstruction phase to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in construction procedures and material and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
