  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making sales recommendations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring a visually appealing store display.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements:

  • Related work experience in retail sales and customer service preferred.
  • Ability to use a cash register, calculator, credit card processing machine, and make change accurately.
  • Oral and written fluency in English required; Spanish language fluency a plus.
  • Proficiency in basic technological tools, including laptops/computers, email, phones, and internet.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate respectfully, clearly, effectively, tactfully, and patiently in-person and on the phone.
