Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team at Infojini Healthcare. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a Level 2 Trauma Center setting.

Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care to patients with various medical conditions, including bariatric, vascular, urology, general/GI, ortho, ENT, plastics, and neurosurgery cases.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
* Assist with patient transfers and mobility as needed.

Requirements:

* 2 years of experience in Med/Tele or 1 year of experience as a CNA in a hospital setting.
* Ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythm strips.
* Experience with putting patients on continuous pulse ox and telemetry.
* Familiarity with assistive devices, such as gait belts, walkers, and sliding boards.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Work Environment:

* 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week.
* Remote monitoring capabilities at nurses' stations.
* Cerner technology and Alaris IV pumps.
* Free parking and guaranteed hours.
