Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator/Assembler to join our team at Della Infotech. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control multiple high-speed automated production machines to ensure quality production standards are achieved.
  • Verify the correctness of components and perform quality checks visually and using inspection gauges.
  • Perform testing on assembled products and ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Fill machine hoppers, perform record keeping using various production forms and PC, and load/thread tubing onto machines.
  • Utilize a hand-held scanner to perform traceability and ensure accurate tracking of products.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any production issues or quality concerns.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs and reach above shoulder level (approximately 5% of shift time).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
  • Basic math and PC skills to perform record keeping and data entry tasks.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently to communicate with colleagues and management.
