Job Overview

Position Summary

The primary role of a Bulldozer Operator is to execute assigned tasks with precision and safety while utilizing heavy machinery. This position reports directly to the Foreman or Superintendent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
  • Be prepared to work in various weather conditions outdoors.
  • Comprehend the functionalities and operational features of the machinery.
  • Operate the bulldozer safely, showcasing a high level of proficiency.
  • Position materials on flat surfaces, slopes, and areas requiring fill as necessary.
  • Be open to learning how to interpret grade stakes.
  • Engage in professional communication within the Strack team.
  • Guide the team according to the objectives set by the foreman or superintendent.

  • Work schedule will be provided by the on-site superintendent.
