Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Wax Injector to join our team at Precision Castparts Corp. in Douglas, Georgia. As a Wax Injector, you will be responsible for injecting wax patterns and components, ensuring high-quality results and meeting efficiency standards.

• Core Preparation: Prepare cores for wax injection, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Dressing Cores: Dress cores to ensure smooth wax injection and optimal results.
• Wax Injection: Inject wax patterns and components, adhering to quality and efficiency standards.
• Leaching Solubles: Leach solubles from wax patterns to ensure high-quality results.
• Quality Control: Maintain quality on all patterns, gating, and sprues, ensuring they meet company standards.
• Work Area Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, orderly, and safe, adhering to company safety protocols.
• Efficiency Standards: Meet specific efficiency standards, ensuring optimal production levels.

• Education: High school education or equivalent.
• Experience: Three months of on-the-job training (OJT) in wax injection and related processes.
• Initiative and Ingenuity: Demonstrate high initiative and ingenuity in completing tasks and meeting efficiency standards.
• Effort: Normal effort required, with the ability to lift and move up to 10 pounds per hour.
• Responsibility: Responsible for self, ensuring parts meet quality standards and willing to work overtime as needed.
