Senior Videographer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Videographer to join our Marketing and Communications team at Stantec. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content that showcases our brand and tells the stories of our company's impact.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop video concepts and storylines that align with our business objectives.
• Plan, film, and edit video content for various platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Work with a variety of video sources, including on-location footage, online filming, and self-filmed smartphone footage.
• Develop a deep understanding of our business strategy and key marketing objectives to inform video content creation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in video production to ensure our content remains engaging and effective.

• Proven experience in videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in storytelling, cinematography, and post-production.
• Excellent creative vision and attention to detail, with the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects, Audition, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with, or willingness to adapt to, M43 camera format.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
• Ability to effectively balance multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create content that positively impacts brand and business objectives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative professionals in a team environment, as well as to work autonomously.
