Job Summary:
Blue Ridge Community College is seeking qualified adjunct faculty to teach various Agriculture-Business courses. The successful candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and business, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to students.

Responsibilities:
Teach a variety of Agriculture-Business courses, including Introduction to Animal Science, Introduction to Plant Science and Technology, and Agribusiness Marketing, Risk Management and Entrepreneurship. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, assess student learning, and provide feedback. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field, with additional education or work experience in business or a related field. Teaching demo may be required. Preferred candidates will have experience teaching adult learners and a strong understanding of agricultural business principles.
