Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in the production process by monitoring and completing quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Perform tasks such as pallet placement, packaging, and material movement as directed.
  • Collaborate with the extrusion operator to maintain equipment cleanliness and perform machine cleaning functions as needed.
  • Communicate daily issues and information to team members and leadership as required.
  • Follow all plant safety procedures and company policies to ensure personal safety and the safety of others.
  • Complete production operator reports and quality paperwork as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and thoroughly under pressure.
  • Integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
