Registered Nurse - Float Pool
Position Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Float Pool is responsible for conducting thorough assessments to determine the health status of residents and developing a comprehensive Plan of Care tailored to their individual needs and preferences. This role includes supervising practical nurses, certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and other nursing staff by evaluating their competencies, clarifying expectations, and addressing any issues to ensure resident safety and promote optimal health outcomes.
About the Float Pool
The Monarch Float Pool was established to provide staffing support across our Monarch facilities. RNs have the flexibility to choose their shifts based on the operational needs of Monarch Healthcare Management. This position requires travel to various locations, and benefits are available. For more information on potential travel locations, please refer to our website.
Current Opportunities
Float Pool positions are currently available in various regions.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Completion of a nursing education program accredited by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
- Active Minnesota Registered Nurse license.
- Current CPR certification and emergency care training, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
Preferred:
- Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living environments.
