Responsibilities

  • Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner
  • Assist passengers in and out of shuttle while maintaining a timely shuttle route without delays
  • Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel levels
  • Run errands for the dealership as directed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers at all times
  • Exercise good judgment, safe driving skills, and adhere to all traffic regulations
  • Operate a radio or similar device to communicate with the dealership or other vehicles to report disruptions in service according to traffic regulations
  • Maintain a record of trips, including names of passengers and destination or pick-up points
  • Notify the service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tire maintenance, cleaning, and general upkeep

Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Excellent driving skills and a clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals
  • Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills
  • A professional appearance and work ethic
  • A positive outlook with a high-energy personality
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
