Job Description

We are seeking an Entry-Level Civil Designer to join our Portland, OR office. As an initiative-taking individual, you will work on a variety of project types, serving public and private clients in land development, transportation, and municipal projects. You will be challenged to stretch outside your comfort zone and grow professionally in our unique entrepreneurial environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you must possess a BSCE degree and EIT certification (preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience, are highly desirable. A strong work ethic and desire to learn are essential qualities for this position.

Benefits

KPFF offers a competitive salary, with the base pay ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience, education, and skills. We also provide performance-based bonuses to recognize outstanding contributions.
