Job Overview

MCPc is a global endpoint management company that provides a wide range of services to its clients, including Managed Security, Technology Logistics, IT Talent Solutions, and IT Asset Management and Disposition.

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst to join our team. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and assistance to clients and internal teams
  • Manage vendor relationships and setup/change requests
  • Support Supply Chain Connect (SCC) and resolve payment issues
  • Manage supplier data and onboard new suppliers
  • Develop and maintain helpdesk training materials
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English)
  • General purchasing system skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Introductory training in configuration of network hardware and computer systems
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Technical proficiency
