Role Overview

Synch-Solutions is seeking an experienced UiPath Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Automation Program Portfolio, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing process improvement tools and techniques to meet end-to-end business requirements.

About the Role

This full-time 1099/C2C position is 100% remote with no travel. You will work closely with our team to deliver automation projects that drive business value and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop various process improvement tools and techniques, including Workflow, RPA, OCR, NLP, and ML.
  • Map as-is processes, identify opportunities for innovation, and test new technologies or solutions for process re-engineering/digitization/automation.
  • Create and maintain Solution Design Documents (SDD) throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and document test procedures and scenarios for user acceptance testing.
  • Plan development approaches for larger projects/solutions using object-oriented design skills.
  • Communicate project risks and issues to project managers and support the creation of a tailored framework for rapid delivery of process improvements.
  • Monitor solution performance, schedule scaling, and balance loads to meet SLA effectiveness with business units.
  • Analyze RPA incidents and process exceptions using a strategic approach to root cause analysis.
  • Ensure the completeness, effectiveness, and sustainability of implemented solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Computer, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in UiPath for a developer role.
  • Knowledge or experience in VBA, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, automation software, workflow software, RPA software, advanced Excel, MS Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, structure programming (VBA, R, PYTHON, JAVA, HTML, ASP.NET), DBMS (MySQL, SQL Server), SDLC life cycle, business process improvement, and mapping skills.
  • Project management, agile methodology, and/or experience working in a project environment is highly beneficial.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Synch-Solutions offers a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
