  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, both in person and over the phone
  • Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself, and our customers
  • Direct, coordinate, and participate in customer service activities
  • Transport guests as needed in a company-provided vehicle
  • Ensure all repairs meet our high standards and specifications
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer software and automotive store applications
  • Experience in an automotive customer service or sales role

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to work a scheduled Monday-Friday, 7am-6pm schedule
  • Standing and walking for extended periods, with occasional lifting and carrying of objects over 50 pounds
  • Ability to maintain a brisk work pace in a fast-paced environment
