Administrative Support Professional for Senior Leadership

This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-level administrative support to the Vice Presidents of Administration at symplr Recruiting Sales. The ideal candidate will serve as a valuable resource person to the Administration team, directors, and managers, ensuring seamless operations and efficient decision-making.
About the RoleThis position requires a minimum of four years of experience in providing administrative support to top management staff. An Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and data management programs is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Vice Presidents of Administration, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Serve as a resource person to the Administration team, directors, and managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Four years of experience in providing administrative support to top management staff.
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong data management skills, including proficiency in spreadsheets and database software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- A competitive salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
