Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Operations Manager - HVAC Specialist to support regional operational activities and oversee all aspects of the branch and warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive branch sales growth in units and Parts and Supplies
  • Manage customer support and maintain an efficient operation
  • Develop and train Counter Sales and Warehouse Associates
  • Maintain inventory control with 98% cycle count accuracy
  • Administer Factory Warranty policies and review warranty claims

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of branch/warehouse management experience
  • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software
  • Strong interpersonal, customer relationship and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and organization skills
  • Strong analytical skills and positive human relations orientation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • HVAC industry experience
  • Ability to operate a forklift
