About the Role

The HR Administrator plays a critical role in supporting employee onboarding, engagement, and development at the site level. This position collaborates closely with operational leaders and talent acquisition teams to facilitate hiring, onboarding, training, and various HR initiatives at the site level.

Estimated Salary: $52,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

New Hire Orientation & Onboarding
  1. Design and deliver new hire orientation programs that meet business needs and enhance the employee experience.
  2. Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Support
  1. Provide proactive support to employees through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  2. Facilitate regular check-ins with employees to address concerns and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Administrative Duties
  1. Manage HR databases and systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information.
  2. Analyze and report on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and time-to-hire.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in HR administration
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
