Experience Requirement: Minimum of 2 years within the last 3 years
Licensure: WI nursing license or compact license from the permanent address state
Certifications Required: BLS certification through American Heart Association
Essential Qualifications:
  • Experience in Oncology, Chemotherapy, and ambulatory triage
  • At least two years of experience within the last 3 years
  • Experience in an Academic Level healthcare setting
  • Experience in a Trauma center or similar facility
  • Completion of a traveler assignment (13 weeks) is highly preferred
  • Two professional references from recent supervisors or managers
  • Willingness to float to different units as necessary
- Proficient in Microsoft Office formats (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx)

Job Overview:

  • Engage as a collaborative member of the inter-professional team to deliver therapeutic, patient-centered care for individuals and their families.
  • Gather and evaluate data concerning patient health status to formulate, implement, and assess the care plan.
  • Apply evidence-based methodologies to inform clinical decisions and promote health for individuals and populations.
  • Set objectives and strategies to address care coordination, discharge planning, and ongoing care requirements with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
