About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller to join our team at First National Bank of Omaha. As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere in our branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions and account information
  • Work collaboratively with other branch team members to achieve sales and service goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and other financial transactions
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
