As a skilled nursing facility LVN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Infection Control: Demonstrate knowledge and adherence to our Infection Control Manual to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our patients and staff.
- Quality Improvement: Participate in and assist with implementing our Quality Improvement Program to continuously improve our services and care.
- Patient Care: Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with their individual needs, physician orders, and facility policies.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications timely and accurately, following facility policy and procedures.
- Treatment Administration: Administer treatments as ordered by physicians, following facility policy and procedures.
- Order Transcription: Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders, as permitted by the Nurse Practice Act.
- Rounds with Physicians: Make rounds with physicians as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
- Current licensure as an LPN or LVN in the state.
