We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Consultant to join our team at Sandhurst Apartment Management. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth for our apartment communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Analysis and Sales Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and customer needs. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive leasing revenue.
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with prospective residents, understanding their needs, preferences, and qualifications. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Lease Administration and Compliance: Accurately complete lease applications, verify resident information, and ensure compliance with rental policies and procedures.
- Community Maintenance and Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of community spaces, report maintenance needs, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Administrative Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks, including resident communication, data entry, and other office duties.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
