Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Cook to join our team at Jimmy's Egg. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality breakfast dishes to meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare all breakfast items according to our recipes, plate presentations, and specifications while maintaining a clean work area and ensuring product quality, quantity, appearance, and temperature.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment and utensils as needed to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Inventory Management: Verify stock levels and manage inventory to prevent overstocking and understocking.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize cooking equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements
