Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR program P&I LOGA.
  • Personnel File Management: Manage both analog and digital personnel files, including vacation, sick leave, and absence management.
  • Payroll Preparation: Prepare and execute monthly payroll with precision and accuracy.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for personnel processes, reporting, and certification procedures in collaboration with social insurance providers, tax authorities, professional associations, and other authorities.
  • Certificate Issuance: Issue and manage certificates, as well as handle general correspondence.
  • Reporting and Statistics: Assist in the preparation of reports and statistics, as well as year-end tasks.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with central departments such as accounting, IT, and regional company representatives.
  • Process Development: Participate actively in the development of processes and specialized projects.
Requirements
