As an IT Project Manager Intern, you will assist with the coordination and completion of large-scale and cross-team projects. You will work closely with project sponsors, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate project activities, including project launch, regular meetings, and closeout activities.
  • Help establish project milestones, monitor progress, and identify resource solutions to project issues.
  • Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.
  • Track project expenses against budget and communicate expenditure summaries to leadership.

Requirements

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Communications, Business Administration and Management, or Marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable.
  • Proficient in a Windows environment using various Microsoft Office products.
