As a Pharmacy Technician - Home Delivery, you'll play a vital role in our team's mission to deliver care, aided by technology, to millions of people around the world.
Here's what you'll do:
- Customer Onboarding: You'll be responsible for onboarding new customers, ensuring they receive seamless and personalized support.
- Prescription Requests: You'll handle prescription requests, working closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Order Management: You'll be responsible for entering, billing, and submitting customer orders for delivery, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Operations Support: You'll provide support for operations, training, and process improvements, helping our team stay ahead of the curve.
- Content Creation: You'll contribute to updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and team content, ensuring our processes are clear and effective.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within Iowa, allowing you to work in a comfortable and productive environment.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Active and unrestricted Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician license without restrictions
- 2+ years of experience working in retail pharmacy
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days a week in office
- 18 years of age or older
