Electrical Systems Installation and Repair
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is seeking a seasoned Aerospace Fabrication Expert for an immediate opening in Charleston, South Carolina. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems on aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installing and terminating wire harnesses according to blueprint instructions and Boeing specifications.
  • Building connectors, splicing wires, crimping, and terminating wires.
  • Repairing and reworking electrical systems to incorporate authorized changes outlined by engineering instructions.
  • Cleaning and inspecting fiber optics, performing light loss testing, routing, and installation.
  • Bonding and grounding, including CRNs, jumpers, ground stud installation, and resistance testing.
  • Operating mechanical lifts of various types.
  • Working with chemical solvents, sealants, coatings, primers, adhesives, paints, and special finishes.

Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in aerospace fabrication or manufacturing.
  • 7+ years of experience in aerospace electrical assembly and/or electronic materials.
  • 7+ years of experience in wire bundle installations and aircraft electrical systems troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
  • Strong effective communication work ethic and sense of urgency for completing assigned task/work.

Annual Salary: $85,000-$110,000
