At ICONMA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Med Surg/Tele/CCU Float Pool nurse. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Med Surg, Tele, and CCU units, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and safety.
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
**Requirements:**
- Current WA RN license and AHA BLS certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Med Surg, Tele, or CCU setting.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
