**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Med Surg, Tele, and CCU units, ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction and safety.
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and other treatments.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

**Requirements:**

  • Current WA RN license and AHA BLS certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Med Surg, Tele, or CCU setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
