About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Dentist to lead our new practice in Winston-Salem, NC. As a leader in our practice, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional lifetime patient care while experiencing unparalleled educational offerings to enhance your clinical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive dentistry services to patients, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.
  • Lead a team of dental professionals, including a dental hygienist and dental assistant, to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical techniques and technologies.
  • Collaborate with our practice management team to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.
  • Develop and implement clinical care philosophies that align with the values of Heartland Dental.

Requirements
  • DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in the state of North Carolina
  • Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry
  • Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients
  • Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
