Job Overview
At Lugbill Supply Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling construction and home improvement building materials, tools, hardware, and other related products to contractors and DIY customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the building material industry or construction sector, with excellent communication and sales skills. You will work closely with internal teams, such as sales managers and estimators, to generate new business, grow existing clients, and close sales.

A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered. Benefits include 401(k), bonus based on performance, dental insurance, employee discounts, free uniforms, health insurance, opportunity for advancement, and training & development.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business and grow existing clients
  • Closing sales and providing exceptional customer service
  • Attend trade shows, network, and assist in creating and implementing advertising strategies
  • Create proposals, bids, and change orders
  • Build estimates for projects
