Job Title: Senior Manager, Database and Reporting

Corus International is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Database and Reporting to join our team. As a key member of the Global Relationships and Resources Department, you will be responsible for the administration, management, and optimization of our primary fundraising database, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide critical management and focused analytics using high-level data analysis and synthesis of information to guide decision making.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic global dashboards with up-to-date information and reporting metrics.
  • Generate strategic analysis reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage and generate weekly files for direct and digital mailings.
  • Develop and execute complex queries and reports, import/export data, and ensure global updates.
  • Manage the Power BI platform and ensure its accuracy.
  • Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on customer relationship management (CRM) databases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of relevant work experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Progressively responsible experience in data analytics, database management, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated success in CRM management, including Raiser's Edge.
  • Ability to think critically while providing innovation to database management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with using Omatic software Plug-Ins.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Working Conditions:

Corus International has a hybrid work policy, allowing work to be done remotely. 2-3 days/week minimum in the office is required. The employee must be available to work outside normal office hours or on weekends as required. This position must be able to travel as required for standard domestic business purposes.
