About the Job

CrossMed Healthcare is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to fill a travel allied position in Falls Church, VA. As a travel allied professional, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist and will be certified in the required skills and modalities. You will be responsible for providing and coordinating patient care, following hospital safety rules and procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this travel allied position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • At minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Graduate from an accredited school
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements
  • Physical abilities – remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment (50-100 lbs), pushing, bending and pulling
  • Communication with other health team members
  • Provides and coordinates patient care
  • Follows hospital safety rules and procedures
  • Maintains cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies
  • Performs other duties as assigned
