Job Description

End 2 End Technologies LLC is seeking a highly skilled Tower Climber to join our team. As a Tower Climber, you will be responsible for climbing cellular and radio towers to perform maintenance, tests, and inspections. You will configure and troubleshoot broadband and narrowband radios using basic wireless design principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead work on tower ensuring a quality installation has been performed.
  • Installation of up-top equipment including masts, clamping, bracing, supports, antennas, RRU's, cabling, bolting, trueing up, shooting proper azimuth within tolerances.
  • Perform Waveguide, coax, fiber, lines, and hybrid cable installation, connector installation, sweep and testing assisting, weatherproofing, color-coding, labeling, connect coax feedlines and jumpers per piping diagrams.
  • Do grounding, terminations, fastening, proper bolting and antioxidant use, support of leads, cadwelding as required.
  • Assist on overall job on groundwork including all tasks required to build and install a site per customer specs.
  • Ensure safety and quality control requirements at sites and with crew maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain daily paperwork and compile all site-specific closeout documentation for work effort.

  • Possess at least 1-year tower climbing experience.
  • Possess working knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
  • Have the ability to climb towers, be able to pick up at least 50lbs, be capable of working more than eight hours when needed.
  • Must have a valid Driver's license.
  • Possess a Tower Climbing Certification a plus.
