- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of our students
- Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback

- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the development of academic policies
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices in nursing education
- Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution
- At least three years of full-time experience as a Registered Nurse or part-time equivalent
- Active, unencumbered licensure in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse
- Current American Heart Association compliant Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
