Key Responsibilities:

• Manually inspect completed plastics parts and pack them into boxes for shipping.
• Operate in a safe manner and maintain a clean and organized work area.

In-Process Inspection:

• Conduct frequent visual examinations of products to identify defects and ensure quality.
• Record data and document any necessary information regarding product performance or duties.

Packing and Shipping:

• Transfer products from catch bins or boxes into shipping containers.
• Properly weigh and label containers using SAP.
• Prepare and supply new or used boxes to molding presses and stack finished products correctly on pallets.

Quality and Safety:

• Keep production and packing areas clean, including sweeping floors and removing dust, dirt, grease, or oil from molding presses.
• Sort and rework non-conforming products, properly documenting and labeling their status.
• Use appropriate safety equipment as required.

Communication and Training:

• Communicate verbally and in writing with a good command of the English language.
• Proficiency in using personal computers, Microsoft Office products, SAP, and email skills preferred.
