The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Beauty Advisor to join our team at our Reaville Ave location. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our guests, ensuring they leave the store satisfied with their purchases.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet each guest entering the store, making eye contact and smiling to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Determine each guest's needs and answer questions concerning products and services
- Partner with management to ensure guest needs are met
- Recommend additional and complementary products and/or services to enhance the guest's shopping experience
