Responsibilities and RequirementsYour responsibilities as a Rehabilitation Nurse will include:
- Performing patient assessments and identifying patient needs
- Initiating appropriate nursing interventions and collaborating with other healthcare professionals
- Providing care tailored to the individual needs of patients recovering from various conditions
- Participating in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure in the state where you will be working
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
- CRRN certification preferred
- At least 6 months of experience in a medical-surgical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
