  • Collect copayments and outstanding balances in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and requests with care.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all patient information, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and best practices.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the practice manager.
Experience:
  • Prior experience in a medical office setting is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Athena electronic health record system is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and providing exceptional customer service.
