Job Title: Part Time Licensed Talk Therapist

Thriveworks is a clinician-founded national private practice group with locations in 48 states. We are seeking a licensed therapist to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Woodbridge, VA.

Job Description:

As a licensed therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients in Woodbridge, VA
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia
  • Experience working with a diverse client population, including children, couples, and individuals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and support staff
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to providing excellent care to clients
