We are seeking a highly experienced Procurement Director to lead our procurement function, driving strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs.
- Analyze spend data to identify opportunities for cost savings and optimization.
- 5+ years of progressive procurement experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, processes, and technologies.
- Proven track record of leading procurement transformations and implementing best-in-class P2P processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in procurement technologies and tools, such as e-Procurement systems, spend analysis, and contract management software.
- Deep understanding of procurement compliance and risk management.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
